Well-designed 14 days China small group tour visiting some of China’s most amazing natural scenery and beautiful gardens such as Beijing, Xian, Guilin, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai. Ideal experience for travelers who would like to travel the mysterious oriental country while meeting with new friends.

Arrive Beijing. Our tour guide will meet you at airport and transfer to hotel for check in.
Morning tour visit the Temple of Heaven, a complex visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for prayer to Heaven for good harvest. Now days, you will find locals practicing Taichi and other unique morning exercises. Then, take a short walk in a less commercial Hutong to see the local living.
After lunch at local restaurant, continue visiting Tiananmen Square and explore the Forbidden City, the largest imperial palace in the world. After tour, on way to hotel stop by at local tea store to learn a little about the Chinese tea culture with tea tasting. Optional evening activity available.
Morning tour visit the Mutianyu Great Wall. You may hike or take cable car (on own expense) to the top to enjoy the magnificent view. After lunch at the bottom of the wall, return to Beijing city and visit a jade carving factory en route. After return to Beijing, make photo stop at the Bird Nest and Water Cube, which were constructed for the 2008 Beijing Olympic. You will have the option to enjoy the famous Peking duck dinner.
Morning tour to Summer Palace, an imperial garden in the Qing Dynasty and the largest and the most well-preserved imperial garden in China. After lunch, transfer to railway station and take high-speed train to Xian (5-5.5hrs). Upon arrival, guide meet at railway station and transfer to hotel. Rest day free.
Morning tour visit the ancient Xian City Wall where you can choose to bike around the wall and see the city from above or participate a Taichi Lesson at the wall. Then transfer to Terracotta Warriors Museum. On the way, visit a pottery workshop where you can learn how to make your own pottery figure. After lunch, continue tour at the museum to see collections of life size terracotta sculptures in battle formation guarding the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China for over 2000 years.
Return to hotel after tour. Evening free on own or take optional activities such as the famous Tang Dynasty culture and dancing show.
Morning free on own. After lunch at local restaurant take tour visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the most well-preserved Tang Dynasty Buddha temples. While visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, you will have chance to watch the traditional shadow play, visit Jianfu Temple as well as Xi’an Museum.
After tour, transfer to airport and take flight to Guilin (2.5hrs). Upon arrival, guide meet and transfer to hotel. Rest day free.
Morning transfer to Longsheng (2 hrs) and tour visit the Longji (Dragon’s Back) Rice Terrace where magnificent terrace are built into the hillsides as they wide around mountainsides. Enjoy local lunch in Ping’an village. Afternoon, free on own to explore the ethnic village where Yao and Zhuang minority people have been dwelling for generations in wooden houses.
Afternoon, transfer back to Guilin with a stop at the sea-water pearl store. Evening free in Guilin or take the optional Four Lakes night cruise tour.
Morning, take a scenic Li River Cruise (4 hrs) from Guilin to Yangshuo with lunch on board. Upon arrival, on own to explore around the famous West Street. Later afternoon, return back to Guilin by car. (1.5 hrs)
Transfer to airport and take morning flight to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, guide meet and transfer to hotel. Afternoon, take a leisure trip to the West Lake with a boat ride. Then have a walk around Hefang Street, a pedestrian street where you can experience the history and wealth of the city.
More tour visit Meijiawu, a tea village where you can enjoy a peaceful and fresh morning far away from the busy city. The Longjing tea is considered as one of the top green teas in China. In the village, you will have chance to learn how to pick, cook, and make tea in a local tea farmer’s house. And then we will transfer to the bank of West Lake, having a bird-eye view over the West Lake at Chenghuang Pavilion.
Afternoon, tour visit the Grand Canal Museum. The fan shaped construction showcases the detailed info and history about the longest and oldest canal in the world. Then enjoy a boat ride on the canal and walk around DaDouLu historic district to see the Xiang Ji Temple which was built in northern Song Dynasty.
Transfer to train station in the morning and travel to Suzhou by train. After lunch, explore the garden city by visiting the Lingering Garden, one of the great four gardens in China. Then visit Panmen Gate, the only existing water and land gate in China. At least, take a leisure walk around at Pingjiang Road, a historical street dating back more than 800 years.
Morning transfer to the famous Tongli Water Town (1.5 hrs). With a history of over 1000 years, it’s filled with rich heritage culture. After lunch, transfer to Shanghai by car (1.5 hrs). Rest day free.
Morning tour visit the old alleys in Shikumen to see the authentic local way of living in the old Shanghai area. Continue tour visit the famous Yu Garden and explore the Yuyuan Bazaar. After lunch, tour visit the Shanghai Silk Museum, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai City History Museum. Finally, enjoy the magnificent skyline of the Bund with illuminated buildings long the Huangpu River.
Transfer to airport for departure.
